These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AdeptLink. Please read them carefully. By using AdeptLink you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AdeptLink marketplace ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
AdeptLink is a B2B platform intended for use by registered businesses. By creating an account you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity you represent and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Accounts and Verification
Suppliers may be required to complete KYC verification before transacting. We may suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification, provide false information, or violate these Terms.
4. Listings, Quotes and Orders
Suppliers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, lead times and quotes. Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of their RFQs and purchase orders. AdeptLink facilitates the transaction but is not a party to it unless explicitly stated.
5. Payments and Fees
Payment terms, fees, milestone payments and refund policies are described in your account dashboard and in any plan you subscribe to. AdeptLink may update fees with reasonable notice.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful or infringing content, attempting to circumvent fees, scraping the platform, or interfering with its operation.
7. Intellectual Property
All AdeptLink trademarks, software and content are the property of AdeptLink Inc. or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant AdeptLink a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. AdeptLink does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of any user to complete a transaction.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdeptLink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
