- How do I become a verified supplier on AdeptLink?
- Register as a supplier and submit your business registration, owner ID, bank details, and two trade references. Review typically takes 3 business days. Once approved, you can list products and answer buyer requests for quotes.
- How much does AdeptLink charge suppliers?
- There is no registration fee, no monthly fee on the Standard tier, and no charge for responding to RFQs or submitting quotes. Suppliers pay a commission of 4–7% on the value of each completed order (rate varies by product category). An optional Pro plan at $199/month gives unlimited listings and a reduced commission of 3–5%.
- What kind of buyers will I be selling to?
- Buyers are verified businesses such as importers, distributors, retailers, and manufacturers. They submit product details, quantities, target prices, and delivery timelines, so you can decide which requests fit your business.
- How does milestone-protected payments protect suppliers?
- When a buyer accepts your quote, they pay into a protected account before you ship. Funds are released when the buyer confirms delivery. If there is a dispute, the payment stays on hold while the case is reviewed.
- Can I upload my existing product catalogue?
- Yes. Upload your existing catalog as a CSV spreadsheet or add products one by one. The template includes product name, category, price, minimum order quantity, lead time, and stock.
