2

Post your first RFQ

3

Compare quotes

AdeptLink notifies matching suppliers. Quotes arrive in your dashboard within 24–72 hours. Use the comparison tool to evaluate price, lead time, MOQ and terms side-by-side. You can message suppliers directly for clarification.

4

Place a protected order

Accept the best quote. Choose payment with milestone-protected payments (1.5%, recommended for first orders) or direct payment. Funds protected by milestones are only released when you confirm receipt of goods.

For suppliers

Commission-only pricing — no cost until an order closes. KYC approval takes a median of 3 business days.

1

Apply & complete KYC

Go to adeptlink.com/register?role=supplier. Complete the KYC application: upload your business registration, owner ID, bank details, and two trade references. Median approval: 3 business days.

2

Set up your storefront

Upload your product catalogue via CSV bulk import or add products individually. Include high-quality images, detailed descriptions, MOQ, lead time and payment terms. A complete profile attracts more RFQ responses.

3

Turn on RFQ notifications

In your dashboard settings, select the product categories and countries you want RFQ alerts for. You can set up email, in-app and Slack notifications so you never miss a live procurement opportunity.

Tip: Suppliers who respond within 4 hours win business at 3× the rate of slower responders.
4

Submit a competitive quote

When an RFQ matches your categories, review the buyer's spec and submit a structured quote with your best unit price, lead time, MOQ and payment terms. You can attach product sheets or certifications directly to the quote.

Getting started FAQ

How long does it take to post my first RFQ?
Under 5 minutes. Create your free buyer account (email only, no credit card), then click 'Post RFQ', fill in the product description, quantity, target price and delivery timeline, and hit publish. AdeptLink notifies matching KYC-verified suppliers immediately and you typically receive your first quotes within 24 hours.
How long does supplier KYC take?
The median supplier approval time is 3 business days. The KYC process requires: business registration certificate, government-issued ID for the beneficial owner, company bank account details, and two trade references. Once submitted, the AdeptLink compliance team reviews the application and contacts you if additional documents are needed.
Do I need a credit card to create a buyer account?
No. Creating a buyer account, posting RFQs and receiving quotes are completely free with no payment method required. You only need a payment method when you are ready to place a purchase order — and at that point you can pay via Stripe (card or bank transfer) or PayPal.
Can I import my existing product catalogue as a supplier?
Yes. AdeptLink supports bulk CSV import for up to 10,000 products per upload. Download the CSV template from your supplier dashboard, fill in your product data (SKU, title, description, category, price, MOQ, lead time), and upload. Products are validated automatically and go live within minutes of account approval.
What happens after I receive quotes as a buyer?
Quote responses arrive in your buyer dashboard in a standardized format. Use the comparison view to evaluate price, lead time, MOQ, payment terms and supplier rating side-by-side. When you find the best offer, click 'Accept quote' to generate a purchase order. You then choose whether to pay with or without milestone-protected payments protection.
