Payments that work globally
AdeptLink's Stripe and PayPal integrations handle multi-currency checkout, automatic currency conversion at the mid-market rate, and PCI-compliant card processing. For milestone-protected orders, funds are held in a ring-fenced account — no risk to either party during transit.
Enterprise customers can also arrange SWIFT wire transfers and negotiate letter-of-credit settlement for high-value orders via our sales team.
ERP and accounting sync
Every purchase order, invoice and payment on AdeptLink can be exported to your accounting system — QuickBooks Online natively, or any ERP via the REST API. This eliminates the manual data entry that typically costs procurement teams 4–6 hours per week.

- What payment gateways does AdeptLink support?
- AdeptLink supports Stripe (card, bank transfer, and local payment methods in 40+ countries) and PayPal (wallet and Pay Later). Both are available at checkout on all purchase orders. Enterprise customers can also request SWIFT bank transfer and letter-of-credit settlement via the sales team.
- Can I connect AdeptLink to my ERP or accounting system?
- Yes. AdeptLink offers native data export in formats compatible with SAP, Oracle NetSuite and QuickBooks Online. Enterprise customers with API access can build real-time sync of purchase orders, invoices and payment status into any ERP via the AdeptLink REST API.
- Is there a public AdeptLink API?
- AdeptLink provides a REST API for enterprise customers and approved integration partners. The API covers order management, product catalogue, RFQ submission, invoice retrieval and webhook events for order status changes. Contact sales@adeptlink.com to request API credentials and documentation.
- Which shipping carriers does AdeptLink integrate with?
- AdeptLink aggregates real-time tracking data from DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF Express and 200+ regional carriers via a unified tracking API. Shipment status, milestones, and exceptions are displayed automatically inside the buyer and supplier order dashboards — no manual tracking number entry required.
- Can I get notified in Slack when an RFQ or order event occurs?
- Yes. AdeptLink supports webhook-based notifications that can be routed to Slack, Microsoft Teams, or any HTTP endpoint. A managed Slack integration with one-click channel connection is available on the Pro plan.
