What milestones appear on a shipment?

Six standard milestones: PICKED_UP (carrier collected from supplier), IN_TRANSIT (en route), CUSTOMS (export or import clearance), OUT_FOR_DELIVERY (last-mile started), DELIVERED (signed for), and EXCEPTION (delay, damage, missing). Each milestone shows timestamp, location, and free-form carrier note.

How do I share a tracking link with my warehouse?
